Melina Skwarek is a highly experienced and talented bar and restaurant professional with nearly two decades of industry experience.

Most recently, Melina has worked at The Waterfront in Forked River, helping to develop signature cocktail programs, train new staff, and serve high profile guests at their outdoor oasis. Previously, she worked as a bartender at Spicy Cantina in Seaside Heights, New Jersey, where she developed a loyal customer base due to her exceptional service and ability to adapt to different bar setups and nightclub atmospheres.

Prior to this, Melina spent 6 years at Applebee’s Grill and Bar in Brick, New Jersey, where she maintained corporate standards of bartending and guest service. During her tenure, she managed inventory restock and bar preparation for both current and subsequent shifts.

Melina’s leadership skills and ability to manage a bar staff were showcased during her 2 years as Bar Manager at Alba’s Restaurant and Pub in Lakehurst, New Jersey. As a manager, she maintained a reliable bar inventory by organizing liquor invoices, minimized beverage cost, and created weekly work schedules for both the bartender and wait staffs. Additionally, Melina served as the primary point of contact and liaison between the staff and the owner.
